Acer seems to not want to miss with some other vendors such as HTC, Valve, Sony and Facebook in the virtual reality world. In front of the press in Taiwan, Acer's CEO Jason Chen has revealed plans in this industry.
Reporting from Taipei Times via Pocketnow, Acer is currently preparing a virtual reality device that will present the first half of this year, which will surprise everyone. It is not clear what kind of design, but we may see it in MWC2016.
So far there are some virtual reality devices that we already know and will be present in 2016, the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and PlayStation VR. Some are based smartphone that Google Cardboard and Gear VR.
