Already many times we hear that Apple will begin to switch from LCD to OLED screens for the next generation iPhone. This news was heard from Apple using OLED display in Apple Watch them. Now, the news heard rumors that Samsung has reached an agreement with Apple to supply OLED screen was heard.
Reporting from Gforgames, Friday (11/13/2015) This rumor comes from South Korea, the country of origin Samsung said that in an effort to focus on producing OLED display, Samsung has been selling their LCD factory in Cheonan. OLED screens will be used in Apple devices in the future.
Note however, if this information is true, it does not mean the next iPhone 7 will use an OLED display. Samsung could supply OLED screens to Apple for use in other devices such as Apple Watch 2. What distinguished analyst at KGI Securities previously also had reported that the new Apple OLED screen will charge at least until 2018 or even longer than that.
