Google changed its logo today, Tuesday (19/01/2016). The new logo image shows an image that turns aims to celebrate the birthday of a certain character. This time, Google commemorate the birth of Sophie Taeuber-Arp whose 127th year.
For those of you who do not know the figure of this woman, Sophie Taeuber-Arp was an artist, painter, sculptor and renowned Swiss dancer. According to information reported by Wikipedia, it is a figure of important artists of the geometric abstraction of the 20th century.
Results of Sophie Taeuber-Arp's work has been exhibited in numerous exhibitions and museums around the world. Sophie Taeuber-Arp himself was born on January 19, 1889 in Davos, Switzerland, and died on January 13, 1943 in the same country.
