Several countries in the world impose very strict control associated with Internet content. We can see that China blocking some Google services, besides of course, North Korea is indeed a closed state. But besides these two countries Pakistan is also one that imposes strict monitoring of websites on the internet.
Unsparing, Pakistan has blocked YouTube site or service in the country since 2012 and for publishing videos in the form of a film titled Innocence of Muslims deemed insulting to Islam. But recently Telecommunications Regulatory Pakistan, PTA has lifted the ban because Google as the owner of Youtube Youtube has presented a special version for that country.
In the Youtube version of this Pakistan, government officials would have more freedom in supervising the circulation of videos they deem offensive. If the video is found that they deem inappropriate, then the government can directly request to Youtube to remove a particular video.
