Project Tango is a project undertaken by Google. Apparently, Google is not alone. Lenovo said that it has partnered with Google to work on the project.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed information about this partnership, but the partnership both may be disclosed on January 7 next. Not only Lenovo, according to information reported by Softpedia, NVIDIA also work with Google to work on this project together with Intel and Qualcomm. By doing so, Lenovo will be the third company that will adopt the Project Tango into their smartphone. In addition some companies above, LG also will participate in this project and will launch a cell phone in a few months.
For those who are unfamiliar, Project Tango is basically a technology that allows the smartphone to map the surrounding environment by using the phone's camera. Only by recording a home phone can be charted around the house in the form of a 3D sketch.
