Apple Decide Samsung becomes supplier of OLED Screen For iPhone - Samsung finally won the procurement of OLED screens for the iPhone in the future, after previously competing with LG to woo Apple.

Samsung and LG is rumored to compete for the belief that the Cupertino-based company Apple was willing to give up its supply of OLED screens on them. Apparently, Apple has decided which company will supply the OLED display for the iPhone, as reported by PhoneArena, Thursday (01/14/2016).

Korean sources said the supply of OLED screens in the next iPhone has been won by Samsung. In this way, Apple will be one of the few manufacturers who submit its OLED display supply to Samsung. In addition to Apple, Samsung also will supply OLED display for Xiaomi and Huawei. Samsung will invest $ 7.47 billion next year to build the plant and equipment in producing OLED screen.

The use of OLED display itself is expected to be implemented on the Apple iPhone 8, while the iPhone 7 will still use the LCD screen.
