YouTube to iOS in ' Make Over ' with Material Design - Google has just updated the Youtube application, and made a number of changes and enhancements. But the most striking change is the adoption of interfaces ala Material Design.
Google's YouTube service indeed, but that does not mean the Youtube service can only be used by Android smartphone only. Because Google's Youtube application also makes the iOS version that can be downloaded through the Apple App Store. Recently, Google update their Youtube app on iOS and made a number of changes, as reported by Apple Insider, Monday (05/10/2015).
The most visible changes of course Material Design applied by Google's Youtube app for iOS. This makes Youtube application design for iOS is increasingly similar to the Android version. But it's not just Youtube applications only, because of previous Google has also changed the tastes of Google Maps interface Material Design.
This update also divide applications in three parts namely Subscriptions (Subscriptions), Home, and your account (Account). "Subscription" tab displays a list of new videos to Youtube from your subscribed accounts. While "Home" featuring video and you will see a list of videos that you just look, while the "account" tab displays the history of the video you watch, the feature "watch later" and your Youtube playlist.
Google also simplify the user by adding some new control including editing tools if users want to edit their video before uploading it to Youtube. Youtube app for iOS can be updated or downloaded in the Apple App Store with size 40.7 MB.
