Sony Will Confirm Acquisition Of Toshiba's Image Sensor Business - Through a Sony announcement confirming that it is indeed a central negotiating with Toshiba to acquire Toshiba's image sensor business unit.

Previously rumored to be Toshiba's image sensor business acquires. Yesterday, Wednesday (28/10/2015) in Tokyo, Sony Japan confirm the truth of the news and said that Sony central in negotiations to acquire the company's image sensor business one his homeland was.

In his announcement that, Sony says that they will facilitate the fabrication, equipment and even 1100 employees Toshiba working in engineering and design company. Though not disclosing the value of the acquisition, but Sony is hoping the process of acquisition will be done later this year.

If it goes smoothly, then Sony will automatically have the Toshiba's existing factory in Oita, Japan and obviously will strengthen its business in the sector of the image sensor. Currently only Sony became big companies producing image sensor. Their products are used in many devices even Apple, Google, Motorola, Samsung and many Smartphones China origin.
