Samsung Snapdragon 820 Production Sharing Technology 14nm and 10nm (Rumor) - There is new news that sounds today, where Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset 820 property produced by Samsung will use technology 14nm initially, and then migrate to 10nm technology.

So far what we hear about the latest high-end chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, some of which are made by Samsung are making using technology similar to that used to make chipsets Exynos 7420 i.e. 14nm FinFET.

Yet today there are new rumors sourced from China saying that the chipset Snapdragon 820 indeed 14nm use technology in its production, but that's just the first because after Samsung ready to mass produce the new technology with 10nm, Qualcomm's proprietary chipset then it will migrate to use technology, such as reported by 10nm from PhoneArena, Tuesday (13/10/2015).

Just to remind, earlier this year Samsung has announced that it had completed specifications for the knot 10nm FinFET, where samples of production expected to be available by the end of 2015. Snapdragon chipsets then 820 itself will begin mass produced late 2015 or early 2016.

But again, this information was a rumor so it can't just be sure of his righteousness.
