Samsung and Qualcomm freed from charges of patent infringement the NVIDIA GPU - On accusation and demands the NVIDIA to court United States related patent infringement made by Qualcomm and Samsung, ITC has just decided that Samsung did not violate Qualcomm patents & and not have to pay royalties.

Last year, NVIDIA sues Samsung for alleged patent infringement the NVIDIA GPU chip. Over these offences, demanding a ban on NVIDIA for each sale of devices that use Samsung Qualcomm Adreno with graphics chip, ARM Mali and Power VR in the United States.

But as reported by the ITC from PhoneArena, Saturday (10/10/2015) has been decided through Judge Thomas Pender that Samsung does not violate any patents from NVIDIA. ITC says, Samsung is indeed violating one of NVIDIA-owned patents, but patents that infringed be deemed invalid because the new findings are not considered.

The previously mentioned that NVIDIA claimed that Samsung and Qualcomm must pay the license to NVIDIA for infringement of their patents. NVIDIA itself has begun to develop and market their first chip in 1999.

Speaking of the GPU, Samsung reportedly Middle developed its own GPU for implanted into their artificial Exynos chipset. Mentioned that the Exynos chipset with homemade GPU that will soon arrive in 2017.
