Google also wants to play a role to help Syrian refugees by launching a mobile web site called Crisis Info Hub, as reported by Mobile Syrup, Friday (23/10/2015). With their current condition, where access to computers is very difficult, the mobile website would be the right choice.
The site itself will be launched on the island of Lesbos in Greece. With this application, refugees can easily find accommodation, medical assistance and transport simply by using their mobile phones. Because smartphones are still the property of the refugees have access to a mobile website dedicated to the refugees.
In this application the refugees also can use the feature for the translator to translate languages, such as Arabic. In addition to Lesbos, the site will also be launched to other locations such as the island of Kos.
Google makes this web site is open-source so that in addition to getting information anyone can help contribute.
