Wear Two Pipe Cooling, Sony Xperia Z5 Still Remains Overheating!

At the trade show IFA 2015, Sony brings the prototype Sony Xperia Z5. Unfortunately, when tested by the visitors, the problems previously found in the Sony Xperia Z3 + re-occur. Mobile is hot and applications often forcibly shut down when the system detects excessive heat.

As you see in the image teardown Z5 Sony Xperia, Sony turns placing two cooling pipes and thermal paste to reduce the heat generated by the chipset Snapdragon 810. However, if it actually works?

According to people who is behind PhoneArena (09.04.2015) and the opportunity to test the prototype Sony Xperia Z5 at IFA 2015 event, the phone was still experienced similar problems as the two brothers Sony Xperia and Xperia Z3 + Z4. PhoneArena test by opening the camera app.

When the camera application is used to open multiple camera options are available, this phone was still experiencing overheating which time the system began to feel the heat with temperatures smartphone specific camera application will be closed forcibly by the system. Worse, this is the case even though the video recording capabilities of 4K Sony Xperia Z5 has not been used.

They also found that the longer the phone is used, the mobile phone is becoming increasingly warm temperatures. Although not as hot as to make your hand on fire, but it would be an annoying problem. But considering the Sony Xperia Z5 exhibited itself is still a prototype, expected Sony Xperia Z5 when the final version has been marketed has not experienced a problem like this.

Anyway, we do not understand why Sony still want to use a chipset that clearly been sacrificed two cell phone models in the past. Hopefully previous bitter experience of not re-occur in the Sony Xperia Z5 when already marketed, given the smartphone Sony's own business unit is currently in poor condition.
