Qualcomm recently announced that three of their latest chipset Snapdragon 820, 617 and 430. While Snapdragon 820've ogled many smartphone manufacturers, one of which is Samsung, then what about the other chipsets?
Has just broke the news that the HTC One A9 will use one of these, namely Snapdragon chipset 617. If true, then this smartphone certainly aimed at mid-range. HTC One A9 is also rumored to be released on 29 September ladder in conjunction with the launch of the HTC Butterfly 3, according to leaked which revealed Evleaks as reported by Android Central (09/15/2015).
617 Snapdragon SoC itself is a chipset that may have had an octa-core processor Cortex-A53 1.5GHz and the GPU Adreno 405. This chipset supports LTE Cat.7 with download speeds reaching 300Mbps and 100Mbps upload. While the previously rumored HTC One A9 carry 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that can be upgraded. OIS feature a 13MP main camera and front camera 4MP UltraPixel also mentioned stuck on the back side and front.
